Terms of Reservation

We are pleased that you have selected our Comfort Camping Area for your holiday.
  1. Whenever possible, your requests for special slots will be respected. We reserve the right to book a different, equal category slot for you without special communication to you.
  2. Delays in arrival or early departure must be paid for according to reserved days.
  3. In case of cancellation, the regulations of the Austrian Hotel Terms are applicable. Legal venue is Innsbruck.
  4. The booked comfort slots are free for occupancy as of 2:00 pm on your day of arrival. Please vacate them by 11:00 am on your day of departure.
  5. In case of significant delay in arrival, please inform us. If no message is received, your comfort slot will be reserved until 2:00 pm of the following day and then reassigned.
  6. In case you wish to lengthen your stay and the slot is already reserved for other guests, you will have to continue your holiday in a different slot.
  7. Fees and charges are in accord with the latest price list.
